Are You As Amazed As Us.....

....about your body?

It is clear that our bodies are walking laboratories.  For example, if you find that your skin has an unnatural orange hue to it - possibly too many carrots in your diet.  Within a matter of hours of eating too much sugar - you become gassy, bloated and feel miserable.  Too much caffeine - dehydration.  Not enough water - guess what?  Dehydrated.  As a result of any or some or all - poor workouts.

Flip side...

Eating well, (recommended amounts of carbs, fats, protein & fiber in a variety of fruits & vegetables), drinking enough water, feel great, lots of energy and super skinny - AGAIN, how we FEEL - not look (yet). 

Point being...

Our bodies respond relative to what we consume.  If you want to feel great, grab your water bottle, eat an apple, sweat profusely, and enjoy life.
