I took the day off work to go with my daughter on a field trip to see the play Cinderella. It was fantastic. Has anyone ever seen the 2 step sisters portrayed by big hairy men??? It was a whoot!
I raced out the door with my workout bag which also had my snacks & lunch. I am on my 3rd day of charting and following a daily plan of 1500 cals. Jumped on the bus without putting some grapes or an apple in my purse...and no water. Upon return, noon, I had only eaten breakfast 210 cals...nothing else. Starved! I jumped in my car inhaled some meatballs I had made the night before and then my grapes--without this I would have headed home and inhaled the first thing I saw. Phew! I am looking forward to dinner and I am pleased to report that I do believe this plan may have a successful ending. Stay tuned and get your tomorrow planned out.
