The importance of having a plan can not be overstated.
With a day off school, I had a dozen or so youth come and help cut down plants and spread mulch around their church property. After a couple of hours of work - pizza time! How easy it would have been to grab a slice or two. Truth be told, I don't even like pizza that much but...
...how often do we find ourselves eating something that works against our goals because of hunger and convenience?
The plan - have something on hand that provides the body with good nourishment and that is packed with flavor. A favorite of mine - one whole egg and three or four egg whites - scrambled with salsa. Fresh veggies to your liking.
Just a suggestion:
Let your taste buds dance a bit. Make use of spices, sauces (we recommend making your own), herbs, etc. when preparing your snacks and meals. Have fun discovering what's out there and don't be afraid to try something new. What's your plan for tomorrow?
