When looking for the best way to get in shape/loose weight, it is different for everyone. For some it is running, for some it is weights, for others cardio or swimming. 'E' & I utilize a variety of dvd's that focus on cardio, weights and deep stretching. We like variety, we like to hit all our body parts and mostly we like to sweat, a lot.
