Getting better!

Thank you for allowing us to be so candid and for the helpful suggestions.  Time to look at the diet once again.  Our conversation during today's workout was evaluating - yet again - our daily intake of food and liquid.
Both mama and I have slipped a bit with water consumption.  It is apparent how important proper hydration is.  And thanks to Joy Beyond the Cross, a much needed reminder of the benefits of fish oil and flax seed.  
Again, digestive health is imperative to overall health and it's something to make note of if there is change in your 'normal'.
Here's to regularity!
