Oooohhh it's gonna feel good!

After hard weeks of intense workouts and strict eating, it is important to do something for yourself that feels really good.  Maybe it is a long, steamy bath.  Perhaps sitting down with a hot tea and a good book and an hour of relaxing.  Taking time to paint your nails.  Do something just for you, that your busy week does not allow...you are worth it!

I am taking my advice to the extreme today!  I received a certificate to a spa--I have been to a spa one other time in my life--in Vegas--thought I was going to die in the steam room--couldn't find my way out type of experience.   I had so many options to choose from for today.  I could have had my colon washed out or I could have had someone else give me a bath!  BUT  I chose something I could actually enjoy and am doing a facial/massage combo and I can't wait!  I am sure I sound like a snob, but I am rolling with it.  I am going with a great friend to do a little shopping, to the spa and out for a drink (I have 630 cals left in my day--guaranteed I will use every last one of them!)

This weekend I challenge you to do something just for you.  Even if it is 5 minutes alone in the bathroom...you deserve it!

Starting week 6 and feeling great...how about you?
